I noticed you have a watermark on your images. Do you do that mainly so people don't steal your images or more for exposure? I don't include a watermark on my images... but should I?

Does anyone (i.e. Brad) know of any free resources out there for learning Lightroom? I'm a bit confused with how the cataloging options work. I'm sure I'm confused about other things, but can't think of them off the top of my head. Thanks!
